Default XPERIA X1 - SMS "Conversation"

How do i turn this "conversation" mode off?

i'd much rather see a list of all messages individually

    thanks

dont think you can. Its a windows mobile feature, best to look on some of their forums.

I personally really like the conversation feature, makes things really easy when trying to find someones text or remembering what they said when you reply to a message or something.

Well messing with the registry isnt risky at all if you know what you're doing. Just don't touch random stuff out of curiosity.

And anyway, they give you a .cab you can run to add the registry key if you dont want to mess with the registry manually:

Alternatively, download and apply the following DisableSMSThreading.cab file (unpack from the ZIP archive) on the PPC Phone device to automatically install the required registry key. Note that the .CAB file also install the registry key to force enable the Sent SMS notification bubble.

There is a application here Xperia Tweek

If you dont want to change the registry youself, have a application do it for you!

the cab file you download is just someone else who has 'packaged' the regedit fix, remember never be the first one to try these cab installs! always get it from someone else first that there ok, or back up your registry with one of the free third party wm apps before launching all sorts of stuff at your precious x1!
