    Default turn off pin lock?

    Hey guys

I have an Xperia X1 here in Australia, and I have a major problem with the **** code lock!!

Every 5 minutes it locks itself on a numeric code, and when I go into lock options the tick for code is greyed out, so I can't switch it off! This happens on battery on mains power too.

Any clues? It's driving me nuts! I have Tomtom Nav 6 installed and having to enter the code every 5 minutes while driving is awful!

Is this standard? Is there software I can get to override? I'm happy to have the code on start up, just not every 5 minutes.....argh

    Default

the only way i know of to change the password timer is to go into start -> programs -> getting started.

on my original R1A rom, i would have to go through all the screen alignment and date/time stuff again. but with my R3A rom, it gives me a list of things i can do: date/time, email, password, bluetooth, etc.
