How do I correct the time both of my Xperia Panels show? They are both an hour behind my system time.

This needs to be done in both panels separately.
Go to panel settings
In the settings press the City 1
City selection should open, from there check/uncheck the 'daylight saving time' checkbox.

This should do it.

One more question. How do I got about changing the background for the Sony Ericsson Panels? I want to put a picture but I see you can only change the colors
