This is no scam, it is the French keyboard setup. The Germans have their keyboard setup too - not QWERTY. X1 comes with different keyboard setups depending on the country it will sold in.

Yeah, it reminds me that when I was once in Western Ukraine, an American tourist, pointing at a sign "Danke!", laughed at the 'misprint'. "It's stupid to write 'dank' at the cash desk" said he.

Well... perhaps he meant it's stupid to write German instead of English.

Yeah, I think some people just forget that there are many languages in use around the world, and there is more than just one keyboard format in active use.

Just take a look at the keyboard format used in Japan or China, and it just boggles the mind!!

my bad...i thought it was a scam...but i was wrong...it is indeed in french i read this couple days back...SORRY!

It's OK. I'm sure many people didn't know the French azerty keyboard, either
