    WinMobile Torrent its not free but from reviews it looks the best.

    havent used it myself but for un app like this id want a anti virus and change my contract deal so i can unlimited downloads.

    Pocket Downloader freeware for Windows Mobile Pocket PC.

    Dont know how good it is, i have not used it, but it is free which is always good.
