It says "A script in this movie is causing Macromedia Flash Player 7 to run slowly". Does anyone else get this message?

I got rid of Flash Mobile 7 and re-installed Flashlite 3.1. Flash websites now work fine, but when I go to iPlayer and ask to watch a program, it first says I need to activate Java Script, which is already activated, then it attempts to load the movie. I just get the grey screen with the white spinning loading symbols, but nothing plays.

Got it working now. Forgot to go to bbc.co.uk/mobile/iplayer and went to the main iplayer website instead.
