Better Music Player?
Has anyone added a different music player to there X1? Nothing too much wrong with the 'windows' media player, but I have always loved the SONY ERICSSON walkman style interface. If anyone has changed it was it better and what was the application called?
Thanks one and all

Try the Sony Media panel as an application - I linked to where to download it in another topic I started today. Then you can have your Sony-styled media player, but not have it cut off whenever you want to do other things with it in the background...
TF3D's music player is not bad either...

Greetings,
Is there a media player that handles OGG files?

The Sony Ericsson panel is fine of you have a few tracks on your phone but once you have a lot of artists it becomes frustrating to scroll through all the artists to play Zutons etc.
I agree, we need something else.
Something like winamp would be nice.

I'm waiting on the guy from Mortplayer to update the player so it uses the full screen of the X1.

Pocket music is pretty cool. Has some nice visuals to show off as well. Coreplayer is also ok but a must for video.
I still use the good old Windows Media though, as thats what is used through Microsoft Voice Command.Last edited by serenity; 11-21-2008 at 04:33 PM. Reason: Can't spell :)

I'm using GSplayer & it seems quite good. It can handle MP3, Ogg Vorbis and WAV files & will even stream Shoutcast playlists.
