    Wow, a good deal.

    In Germany the distributors price the black battery cover 19,00 to 21,00 Euro



    I'm thinking about replacing my cover too, just for aesthetics sake - mine is badly scratched, the 'Xperia' logo is almost gone and the black colour too. A definite disadvantage of the black version. If I calculate a new battery cover every 6 months .... could be like my screen protectors

    loll I'm the same - always replacing screen protectors... Just figured if I wanted to sell mine it would go from 8/10 condition to 9/10 condition so would make a big difference in selling price!!!

    It's worth it, next cheapest I've seen is £22.45 + P&P and on eBay they retail at $40 or so!!!

    You should not have to pay more than £5 for a replacement battery cover.
    Thats what it costs in UK for a genuine spare cover.

    I found this out by sending an email to SE asking where i can get a new cover.
    I have not got around to it yet, but i really need a new one, mines pretty bad now.
