Thread: Cant Receive/make calls

My x1 wont make any calls or wont receive any calls, i tried phoning my old phone and it says operation failed and when i try receiving calls from my other phone or any phone it goes into answer phone. i can receive texts tho and i get a few bars of signal, my network is Orange

I had similar problems. I live in an area with quite a poor signal and when I look at the phone in a static position it has 2 bars but when I pick it up it seems to lose the signal. This leads to "operation failed". Is this what you are experiencing?

I have had no problems in a strong signal area.
