Thread: The Phone is keep restarting without me doing anything

Hello, can someone help me with my problem. the problem is: the phone was turned on and it has full battery and then suddenly restarted it self and when it loads is restarting again without me doing anything. pls some one help

hard reset might me helpfull

have you already updated to the latest firmware?

Did you solve the problem?
I have got the same problem here.
Soft resets all the time! Hard reset won't help, and i have completely reinstalled the phone. Still the phone keeps resetting...
So if you know how to solve this... Please let me know.

i asked a member of staff from the support of sony ericsson and he told me to download the sony ericsson service update and to update my software, but i didnt. I was trying to turn the phone on constantly but it didnt worked. Then i left it for one or two days without touching it, and on the third day i turned it on and it worked. I dont know how, but it is still working.

I'm still fighting with my phone, but the phone wins!
Can you tell me what rom you have on your phone? And wich version SPL?
Or are there things to do so the problem would go away?
I went away for two days, but the phone is still restarting...

if performing hard resets and flashing stock ROM doesn't made any changes, I would advice you to send your device to the Sony Ericsson Service Center...you might have a faulty device...

Are you still covered with the warranty?
