    Thumbs down Problems when entering text

    Hi all first off id like to start off by saying I HATE THIS PHONE! I cant believe i bought it after being a loyal SE fan i have been let down. Anyways *****ing aside...

    Aside from all of the other glitches and problems i am having i have one that is really annoying me right now. When entering text when i press say for example a letter button once it enters in the same letter 2, 3 or 4 times. I tried checking if there was new firmware and i have the latest version installed. Its not only one letter its all of them. Has any one had this happen before and found a way to fix it? Any help appreciated.

    are you running on the latest firmware? can you post what firmware version?

    have the same prob with some keys.....I think it`s hardware prob it`s keyboard not software

    I have the exact same problem with my X1 but only on some keys.
    So let's assume it's hardware, can it be fixed? Coz it's really really really annoying!

    I also experience these problems! I thought i was the only one, since my roommate doesn't experience them.

    I am also experiencing this problem, have tried a soft reset and a reset through the phone by doing the clear storage function but no luck, anyone been able to solve this problem? or any recomendations to try as phone has already been in repair once before and dont want to send it away again
