Thread: I think it needs a new heart :(

Hi there,

I really need help here, for no reason my x1 turned it self off it was charged and had plenty of juice left i tried turning it on and got the vibrate and illumination lights but no startup screen or anything the screen is just blank with the backlight on. Also it charges properly when plugged into the wall as the illumination lights are on same on the lappy but the lappy doesnt recognize my x1, i think it may be dead :/

Also soft reset and hard reset do not work, nor does the volume down thingy work

Have you tried removing the battery for a minute?

time to call SE help line then

Have removed battery left it over night still nothing :/
