Thread: touch screen not workin

I have had my xperia for about two months. Today it decided to give me my first problems. First symptom was no screen when I tried to turn it on, after I removed the battery multiple times I finally got screen. The new indication was the touch screen wouldn't work and the key pad half worked. I did a soft reset and got the same indication. I tried the hard reset and the screen comes up with a to use this device with Windows Mobile touch the screen. Well, my touch screen doesn't work. Help!!

Sometimes when I use the x panels my xperia gets blocked. And the touch is not working, and sometimes eve I can't turn it of so I must take out the battery. Any ides what can be the problem?

It looks like that with you X1, goody, it has a major problem, if after a hard reset it still doesn't work. It could be a hardware problem. Can you take it/send it back for a replacement?
