I have only had one issue and that was when in the email application and I have used my X1 for 3 weeks and I have used nearly every feature!

Oh that's too bad. I guess it's not for everyone. I've had no big problems with mine and I love it. Good luck hunting for a new phone! :-)

Xperia X1 is my first win mobile, but I have to say I completely love it. No issues so far already installed some applications and tools and I'm very satisfied user. Get used to Win Mobile takes while but I though it will be worst. I was thinking between iPhone and Xperia and I'm glad I've chosen X1.

It just takes time getting used to, sounds like you didnt give it a chance with only 3 days :\
I dont have a winmo phone yet, but I'd assume its like a PC. Gotta work on customizing it if you really want it, but once its good, its REALLY good.
Think of it as a PC that you just reformated, it has nothing and its totally useless. But you can fix that ;D

Totally agree Nippero , this is my first winmo phone and its just like a minature laptop treat it like so and you get along fine. I must say quirks and all this must be the best phone I ever had and believe me I had plenty .Its not perfect neither is anyphone, if you can work pc with little patience then working this phone is no probs

I've been using Windows mobile for a couple of years now and I love it to pieces as it is so versatile and the amount of software is unreal. Once the boys at XDA DEV get cooking some new roms the experia will probably become even faster and more versatile.
It's took some getting used to the x1 from my Orbit but I'm starting to get used to it now after a couple of days and a few of my favourite apps.

Maybe someone should ask Borosniper why it keeps crashing?
Has he been playing around with cooked ROMS, tweaks, hacks and other kinds of modding? Or maybe he got a lemon and really should send it back to the store for a replacement.
3 days can hardly be called a proper shakedown!

WM phones in general are very hard to navigate. You'll have to wait for WM7 for that to be addressed. That's next year, or perhaps in 2010. :-/
They redesigned the GUI for easy access in WM7.

Easy enough to navigate with SPB Shell panel or TF3D as a panel (I have both). Wonder if he didn't have them on there?
Sounds like a bad one with the crashing, mine has been great so far.
