I have had my x1 a week and a bit now and i am dissapointed to say the least, heres a few gripes i have with it:

Camera is appauling, doesnt even have a flash, i know its 3.2mp but n95 was far superior!

sooo hard to use, not just me saying it

annoying messaging system, hard to text too

hard to call - this is a phone isnt it

Have SE forgotten this is meant to be a phone aswell as a pc???

constantly connect to the net through gprs - providers must love it!

buttons at the bottom of the screen cant be changed

the only redeeming feature so far has been the tomtom i put on it, apart from that avoid this phone!

Just wondering, have you used WinMo phones before?

Cause all of this could just be you not being used to a new user interface.

I personally havent used WinMo either, but I know that it wont be easy like a dumb phone.

yeah had a couple in my time, its just the fact using it as a phone is too difficult, loads of people hate it, and the camera is soooooodissapointing, xperia tweak has solved a few quarms...thanks

The X1 specs have been available for 6 months so knew about the camera and lighting for it. It uses WM and there have been many many reviews before the official availability so I a surprised that you are surprised unless you did not read any of the reviews. The X1 is probably the best WM there is - a view held by many reviewers. What Mobile, a UK magazine, rated it as the best WM available today.

i read all reviews and found them very informative, and joined this site weeks before owning to view the specs etc, however until you own one its hard to judge, i went to use the camera the other night and it was shocking, you cant review a picture quality of something you havent seen...if you get me.

It has a light !! yes n95 is better but not greatly in my opinion

Not so much hard but different this is my first WM phone & I just think like i'm using pc and found it not bad

We Agree at last TomTom is good I personally love the phone ..Yes it takes some getting used to but no more than the N95 did when I first got that

Yeah im looking for this too - really annoying how Data Connection always turns its self back on

Theres your problem. Its well known that ANY camera without a proper Xenon flash cant take proper pictures at night.
