they are asking for the pin number can u tell me how to find it

hi i have downloaded the blackberry conect to my phone, it is coming up not conected, does anyone know how to fix this

Don't work for me either =/ installed it like any other program/softwear but this one just wont work??

"Unable to install. Uncertified system software detected"

Any advances on this subject?

I guess that may be caused by the different versions of the ROM. I'm still upgrading my ROM & I'll try installing the BlackBerry Connect. I'll keep it posted.
