Thread: some link for java games

thanks, but, now, I AM lost,

I did downloaded your nice links, but, not knowing how to install the applications into the Xperia, I can see a meta-info say, into chuck morris game, but how to install it? I opened the java application, but, under it's directory games or softwares, I can't see no softwares names...

I am lost, please help...we do not have any .exe or cab file to deal with, then ?

It's like the cab files, sometimes you install from the pocketphone, sometimes from the sync, and, very often, it tell's me, the cab file was nicely installed , but, when I try to locate the software, not a single way to see, really where the software was installed...I usually install stuffs under my microcard....

yes, I used winrar to extract the files first into my PC, but, in fact I try both way, and none is working for now

if u install cab file for game u wil see that file in games folder in programs,and for jar files u hve to copy file in ur memmory card thn unplug it from pc thn open folder where u hve copy ur file in phone,thn just click it it will automatically install,and u will find these file in programs,java files

some games are of 400 x800,bt xperia screen resolution is so high that its very difficult to find i hve also search for so many software and games to match my screen size bt nt got much thing,if u hve gt software or games of xperia resolution thn do let me knw

Alot of the torrent sites will list a file called Xperia Games

I downloaded this at the weekend, there are around 20 java games for the X1 including the ones at the start of this post. plus some more.

I'm finding that Java games are a bit crappy on the X1, games specifically for WM seem far better.

thanks I did downloaded the games from the begining of the post, but, finally I discovered to install a java games, it is the java software who is going to install it, and...I have no clue why, but perhaps the 20 % could be installed no more...Yes, the java, is not the best for the Xperia, and if the format is like 230 X 300, Xperia would not even install the java...

I'm playing Transport tycoon, which is freely available (see my post in games section), its a brilliant port and works flawlessly. Also Age of Empires port is good, though doesn't fit the screen correctly, but works fine. Warfare incorporated is also awesome for those that like a bit of realtime strategy.

All of these games can be found by simply googling the title! Enjoy
