Reset user code on X2? How to hard reset?

Does anyone know how to hard reset X2, so that user code is reset?

Pressing the reset button while holding the two buttons on front does not work on this model.

here is a way to hard reset it,but you should do this after turning off the power.
press the power buttom while hold the two slim buttoms below the screen .you should keep in mind that the sequence is two slim buttom first,and power buttom is followed.
