Can't receive MMS?

Hi ! My girlfriend sent me a MMS and i cannot open it. It stays in the inbox and asks to download. "Your message not been downloaded. Click Download".
I've never seen that kind of notification and i cannot open the message. What happen?

When i try to download it it says "Unable to receive message .... etc".
