Hey Kuztardd,
Activesync definately works on my Vista laptop, I found another way to install .Net Framework by using .Net Framework 3.5 ce5 OEM I only needed it installed so I could install the tweaker you posted lol

Hey Kuztardd,

thanks for the great job You've done, but...

A question came to my mind while I was reading it that is so obvious that it's also probably also stupid. Here it comes: Why don't You just use Spb Backup to restore Your applications and all the other stuff on the phone after You upgrade rom???

Best,
pawartur.

Hi Pawatar,
Nope not a silly question at all. I have only had to hard reset once and that was after a right royal f**ing up by me playing around with all the files :-)

I had always kept a list since day one, and when i resintalled, I made it even more detailed as I felt other people would be able to gain from the little tweaks and settings.

Presently I do use spbbackup just in case.

The list is fluid though, and I am always changing it as to when new tweaks come out, or old ones are not effective, or better ones surpass them.
Programmes will drop on or off the list depeding on their usage and ability and functionality. Some things get added, only for me to realise that I will never use them, so they will subsequently get deleted off the list.

I keep an eye on this forum reading most posts for tweaks, and also view XDA developers a fair bit, so hope to see any great tweaks and settings.. But would love people to offer any new ones too.

Mind you it would also be nice to have a SEUS O2 update too

For me it would be good, if my SEUS worked at all:-). For the time being, it's getting stuck during the device identification...

About the apps... Could You, please, post a link to Schap's tools? It seems to be quite an interesting app, but unfortunately the link at xda doesn't work anymore - it says "no mysql connection".

I have got to say you smashed it mate! Amazing thread! Personally you've helped me loads with this as I love itje's cooked ROM from over at xda-dev but hated touchflo (not really my thing!!!) so got the dialler, keyboard and start menu!

One thing, do you know how to make it so that if I press any of the buttons on the top status bar, the system status screen comes up with massive finger friendly icons? Searched for hours and can't work out how to do it!

keep up the good work!!!

nirave

p.s. glad to see you've put TomTom 7 on the list definitely an amazing addition
