problems using outlook to send emails

Hi, I can easily set up accounts for my yahoo and gmail and they work perfectly for about 3 days. Then suddenly I'm unable to send emails because of a sync error, although I'm still able to receive them. Does anyone know why this is?

Also, how can I delete mail accounts that don't work anymore? Cheers.
