Can I sync Notes from outlook using active sync?

I am new to X1 & have been able to sync all contacts, calender & tasks from outlook using the ative sync software. However, am not able to sync Notes although it gives me an option to do so. In the end it gives me a message that it needs to be resolved.

Also, I want to download xperia tweak available at the site suggested i.e. www.cliffords.nu but could not find a link to download. I need to change the sms view to normal. This conversation view similar to Gmail is a bit uncomfortable.

Dunno if I sound stupid, but pls help...
