Called O2 yesterday and ordered the X1 in black (much nicer than the silver one

). According to them it will be released in week 43 (week from monday, 20th)

With a "Genion L" contract (24 months; phone flat to all O2 users and to all conventional telephone networks; 30,00 Euros/month) it will cost 249,00 Euros

Edit:

O2 Germany raised the price for the device from 249,00 to 349,99 Euros with the contract posted above

Pre-orders got the old price, btw
