Rang o2 retentions Stock due 25/11/2008 .. so I 'll ring on 24th to check

i emailed them on the weekend, and have just called sales (not retentions as i dont want too many calls going through by me)... and no one has any idea about when they are coming in.. either they really are kept in the dark.. or just not releasing any info.

I was being told the 24th for about 7 days. I keep getting told next Monday this and next Monday that. Rang twice on the 24th and was told both times that it's date has changed to the 25th so we should have it!

Called this morning and they said that they would get a stock update later this afternoon... haven't heard that one before...

I bet my o2 contract that it get's pushed back to later this/next week.

i rang staff accounts at around 10.30am and was told it wasn't in stock yet, but could be from the week commencing 25th, so probably tomorrow if not later today.

I've heard it plenty of times, they don't receive updated stock information until around midday.

EDIT: Just called O2 now and what do ya know?! It's now expected at some point this week!!!

Asked them for a specific date. "ermm... Thursday noon I think".
